RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at InfoCROM e.Shop. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at InfoCROM e.Shop constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to yours orders, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

All our products come with a 3 to 12 month warranty from the date of shipment. In the unlikely event there is a issue that causes the device to be defective or unusable during the warranty period after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept the return or refund. Physical damage to a product caused by the user, opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components or flashing the firmware or using non approved software, invalidates the warranty.

To request a return, go to your user account and browse to MY ACCOUNT > RETURNS REQUEST, and enter the requested information: Order No., reason for return (including images), your preference to replace the item or refund your money, and other related concerns.

If the return request is authorized, we will contact you to provide the shipping address for items you want to return. You must return the items by ordinary mail (the least expensive way) ideally with tracking number. Please note that the returned items must be sent with its original packing and accessories. Finally we will arrange for reshipment or refund within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your returned items.

Return a defective item received

We will try our best to make sure the items shipped to our customers are in the best condition. In the unfortunate event that it is not so, you can request a return according to the following policies:

Returns within 90 days from the date of shipment:
Upon being returned, the defective item will be refunded or replaced for free. Full refund or replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you upon receipt of shipping proof (available tracking number or a screen shot of shipping receipt).

Returns after 90 days and within 150 days from the date of shipment:
Upon being returned, the defective item will only be replaced. Return shipping fee will be sole responsibility of customer. We will still try to exchange your defective products for a brand new one where possible. We will pay all the necessary shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

Returns after 150 days and within 365 days from the date of shipment:
Upon being returned, the defective item will be forwarded to the factory for repair. The shipping cost both ways will be covered by customer. Any cost incurred during the process will be at customer"s expense as well.

Returns after 365 days from the date of shipment:
Refund or replacement for any item will be rejected after the 365 day period has expired.

Return a incorrect item received

You can get a full refund if your item is completely different from the seller"s description. Or you can choose a partial refund and keep the product.
If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered and you are able to find a use of it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest that to us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.
If return were necessary, please be sure that the incorrect item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition in which it was received (Return shipping fee will be sole responsibility of customer). Finally we will arrange for reshipment or refund within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your returned items.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Please provide a tracking number on return shipments to ensure the safety of your parcel. InfoCROM e.Shop will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments.

Be sure to keep in touch with us while your return request is resolved. If an return request has not been updated in more than two months, we will regard it as abandoned by the customer and the case will be automatically closed.
