TERMS OF DELIVERY
During the checkout process you will be informed in detail of the shipping methods available, and you as a buyer or consignee of the goods will be responsible for selecting the one that best suits your needs:
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping service is free for all orders placed regardless of the amount. The delivery time of your orders will be approximately 7 to 10 business days (10 to 15 calendar days), excluding delays caused by reasons beyond our control. You will receive your orders directly at your home through the normal postal service in your country.
Express Shipping:
The delivery time of your orders will be approximately 3 to 5 business days (3 to 7 calendar days), excluding delays caused by reasons beyond our control. You will receive your orders directly at your home through the most important international courier companies. The costs of express shipping are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of order delivery. All express orders will have a custom Tracking Control.
All orders will always be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Stock verification processes, merchandise packaging and customs clearance at source, will be made within 1/2 business days following confirmation and processing.
InfoCROM e.Shop tries at all times that order delivery be done in the shortest possible time. It may be that at certain times and for reasons of availability of stock, you will receive your order by parts. Firstly you will receive all available items in stock, and then will receive the rest as they become available. If this event occurs, the buyer or consignee of the goods will be promptly informed during the delivery process.
TERMS AND SHIPPING FEES
The shipping costs for all items that are for sale on e-commerce stores InfoCROM e.Shops includes merchandise packaging, transportation and customs clearance at origin. The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of delivery of the goods.
During the purchase process will be informed in detail of the shipping costs (if any) generated by the order. You as a purchaser or consignee of the goods will be responsible for accepting the inclusion of these charges to the total amount of your order before confirming your purchase.
The expenses incurred by the customs authorities of destination (tariffs) are not included in the shipping fees. These expenses (if any) shall be borne by the buyer or consignee of the goods and must be paid at the time of delivery.
